PRK Product Mistakes Are Certainly Not of Titanic Proportion

We all make mistakes. This week my manufacturer made a mistake. I was very happy to announce last week that the new PRK Universal Bottle and Sippy Cup Organizer if ready for sale, but we hit a glitch. On the side panel of the organizer is the cute little PRK baby face logo. His head is supposed to be green, and as of today it isn’t. But I take a deep breath and I know it will get fixed and I remember that we all make mistakes. And this mistake is nothing compared to the mistake that Edward J. Smith made.

Don’t know who Edward J. Smith is? You probably do, you just didn’t know that was his name. Mr. Smith is better known as “Captain”, and Captain Smith was responsible for the death of over 1,500 passengers on a little ship called Titanic. Almost 100 years later a movie was made about this fantastic and horrific voyage and now you can see that movie in 3D.

While you are sitting in the theater enjoying eye popping 3D effects, it may surprise you to know that even James Cameron, director of Titanic, makes mistakes. SPOILER ALERT: In recognition of the re-release of Titanic in 3D I invite you to look closely at the mistakes below.

When Rose tries to release Jack, she actually chops his hand off.

Don’t worry too much about the poor man below; he is safely being ejected from the ship by wires.

You have heard of Magic Jack…try magic hair.

My personal favorite (though hard to see) swim to shore people, can’t you see the city lights are not that far away?

Finally, the biggest disappointment about the movie Titanic: According to Yahoo.com, there are literally thousands of young people who believe it was just a movie and that over 1,500 people didn’t actually lose their lives.  This is the biggest mistake of all and after learning that, I can forgive my manufacturer for his mistake because I know the PRK Universal Bottle and Sippy Cup Organizer will still be a huge hit.
