How do I return a PRK product?
Submit the request form found in the “Contact Us” tab. Please explain your reason for return. We will provide you an address to ship the product back to PRK. You will be credited for your purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I clean my PRK product?
PRK products are dishwasher safe and can also be cleaned with dish soap.

Are PRK products BPA free?
PRK products are both BPA and Phthalate free.

Can I store my PRK product in the freezer?
PRK Products can withstand cold up to 0 degrees and can be stored in the refrigerator and the freezer.

Are PRK Products available at retail stores?
Currently, PRK Products are sold at select Buy Buy Baby locations, BabiesRUs.com, ToysRUs.com, buybuybaby.com and BedBathandBeyond.com and look for our products online at Amazon.com.

Does PRK Products ever offer coupons?
Periodically, PRK offers product coupons. Check www.prkproductsinc.com for coupon offers.

Can I get a replacement piece for my PRK product?
Please contact us using the form in the “Contact Us” tab. Replacement pieces are not guaranteed but we will do our best to assist our customers.  

Are there other uses for the PRK Jar Organizer?
The jar organizer holds some canned goods. It can also store small glasses. The best use for the jar organizer is to use empty baby food jars filled with other things such as cooking spices, or hardware pieces such as nails and screws.

Are there other uses for the PRK Bottle and Sippy Cup Organizer?
The storage basket is very versatile. It can store crayons, markers etc., nail polish, paperclips, whiteout and other desk supplies among other things. The baby bottle holder can store standard size soda or beer cans.  It can also store some canned goods.
